1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the public website at artitelai.com, operated by Artitel AI through its Artitel Studio service line (“Artitel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
These are website terms only. They are not a proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or client contract for Artitel Studio services.
2. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. You may not:
- interfere with the website, its security, or another person’s use of it;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, or excessive requests;
- misrepresent your identity or submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful material; or
- copy, scrape, republish, or exploit website content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
3. Intellectual property
The website and its original text, design, graphics, logos, code, arrangement, and other content are owned by Artitel or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Artitel, Artitel Studio, and associated names and marks may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or ownership without prior written permission.
You may view and make a reasonable personal or internal-business copy of public pages for evaluation or reference. No other license is granted.
4. Site content and no professional advice
Website content is provided for general information about Artitel and its services. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment, real-estate, brokerage, or other professional advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
Nothing on this website creates an attorney-client, broker-client, fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency, or other professional relationship. Contacting Artitel does not create a client relationship; a Studio engagement begins only under a separate written agreement.
5. AI-assisted content and experiences
Some pages may describe, link to, or demonstrate AI-assisted experiences. Automated or AI-assisted content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation. It should not be treated as professional advice, a promise of an outcome, or a substitute for human review.
Capabilities described for a reference implementation do not automatically apply to every Artitel Studio project. Any client deliverables, data sources, integrations, support, and operating responsibilities are governed only by the applicable written client agreement.
6. Inquiries and submissions
You are responsible for information you submit through the website. You represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights. You authorize Artitel to use the submission to review and respond to your inquiry and for related business communications.
Do not send passwords, payment-card data, highly sensitive personal information, or information you are not authorized to disclose. Unless Artitel has separately agreed in writing, an inquiry is not confidential and does not create a duty to accept or perform work.
7. Third-party websites and services
The website may link to third-party services, a separate Artitel Workspace subdomain, or client and reference websites. Links are provided for convenience or context. Unless expressly stated, Artitel does not control and is not responsible for the availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices of a linked service. Your use of a linked service is governed by that service’s own terms.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the public website at any time. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that every item of content will remain current. We may correct errors and update descriptions without notice.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Artitel disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artitel and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to the website or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artitel’s total liability for claims arising from or related to the public website will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
11. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Artitel and its owners, personnel, and contractors from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or material you submit that infringes another person’s rights.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that is not subject to a separate written agreement must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Texas, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Restriction of access
We may restrict or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created a security or legal risk, or interfered with the website or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
14. General terms
If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement concerning use of the public website, but they do not replace any separate written agreement between you and Artitel.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Changes apply when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
