1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Artitel AI, through its Artitel Studio service line (collectively, “Artitel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles personal information when you visit artitelai.com or contact us through this website.
This Policy applies to the public Artitel website only. It does not govern separate client websites, reference implementations, or third-party services that may be linked from this website. Those services may provide their own privacy notices.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you request a Studio consultation or contact us by email, we may receive your name, email address, website address, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed for your inquiry.
Technical information
Our hosting and security systems may automatically receive limited technical information when you use the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested pages, referring page, and the date and time of a request. This information may appear in server, security, or error logs and is used to deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the site.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The public Artitel pages do not currently use advertising cookies, behavioral advertising tags, or third-party analytics. WordPress and our hosting and security tools may use cookies or similar technologies when they are necessary for site operation, security, or authorized administrator sessions. Ordinary public visits may not result in a cookie being set.
If our use of cookies or analytics changes, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choice required by applicable law.
4. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- receive, review, and respond to consultation requests and other messages;
- communicate about a potential or existing business relationship;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
- detect spam, abuse, security incidents, and technical problems; and
- comply with law and protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Artitel, our visitors, and others.
Artitel-owned public pages do not currently provide a visitor-facing AI or chat feature. Links to a client reference implementation or another service do not cause information you submit there to be submitted through this website.
5. Service providers and sharing
We may disclose information to service providers that support the website and our communications, including SiteGround for hosting, performance, and security services, and the email provider used to receive and send messages. These providers process information for the services they provide to us.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not process information from this website for targeted advertising.
6. Consultation submissions and retention
Studio consultation submissions are delivered to Artitel by email. The website is configured not to retain the submitted form contents in WordPress. Copies may remain in Artitel’s email systems and backups.
We retain inquiries and related correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations. Hosting and security logs are retained according to operational needs and provider settings.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information handled through the website. No internet transmission, email system, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask us to provide, correct, or delete personal information associated with an inquiry by contacting us at brandon@artitelai.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and legal or operational reasons may require us to retain some information.
Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act or another applicable privacy law applies to Artitel and your request, you may have additional rights, such as confirming whether personal data is processed, obtaining a copy, correcting inaccuracies, requesting deletion, or opting out of certain sale, targeted-advertising, or qualifying profiling activities. This website does not currently sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising or qualifying profiling.
To appeal a decision on an applicable privacy request, reply to our decision email with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line and explain your concern. Texas residents may also contact the Texas Attorney General. These statements do not represent that every privacy law applies to Artitel in every circumstance.
9. External websites
This website links to external services, including a separate Artitel Workspace subdomain and a client reference implementation. Artitel is not responsible for the privacy practices of a third-party or client-operated website. Review the privacy notice on the service you visit before providing information there.
10. Children’s privacy
This website is intended for real-estate professionals and other adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the website, our practices, or applicable requirements. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner appropriate to the change.
